Deccan Chronicle, 27th Dec. The world today is extremely fast-paced, and exciting opportunities are present at every corner; decisions have to be made at every stage and there are a hundred expectations to live up to. In such situations, it is doubly important to stay calm and focused, and meditation is the key to that. I turn to the Art of Living to help myself get through the turbulence of daily life. I first did the course 15 years ago. While I stumbled upon it partly by chance, I believe it was a natural process of learning that I came upon. The course was a profound, life expanding experience for me. It has taught me a lot, and I try to inculcate all of this in my life. Meditation is among the best things I have been exposed to. What I like the most about meditation is that it allows me to spend time with myself and understand what I truly want. It ensures mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. What is the point of having lots of money if you don’t have peace of mind? You won’t be able to enjoy the joys that come along with that money.
